Fully understand the implications of submitting this application form and confirm that we had the opportunity to seek independent professional advise before signing.

Declare that the information that I have submitted in this application form is true and correct and in the event of any changes in details, I agree to notify Export Bahrain. If Export Bahrain has knowledge that any information submitted is false, Export Bahrain has the right to immediately withdraw the approval and inform the concerned company.

Fully understand report progress on a monthly basis to Export Bahrain and cooperate when additional information as requested to measure the impact of the exporting transactions.

Export Bahrain shall not be liable for any fees or amounts incurred toward any parties
أنـا الموقـع أدنـاه بصفتـي الشـخصية / الممثـل القانونـي للمنشـأة، أقـر بالتالـي:

معرفتــي لطبيعــة الطلــب ومحتوياتــه وأنــه قــد أتيحــت لنــا الفرصــة لطلــب المشــورة المهنيــة المســتقلة قبــل التوقيــع.

بتقديــم تقريــر شــهري لصــادرات البحريــن والتعــاون للحصــول علــى معلومــات إضافيــة عنــد طلبهــا لقيــاس تأثيــر التصديــر.

لن تتحمل صادرات البحرين أي رسوم أو مبالغ متكبدة تجاه أي طرف.
