Export Bahrain Partners with Saudi Jahez Group to Endorse the Seamless Access of Local Products into Saudi Arabia

Export Bahrain has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Jahez Group, Saudi Arabia’s leading online food delivery platform, to facilitate the free access of Bahrain-based businesses to e-commerce platforms and promote local products in Bahrain and across the Saudi market.

This high-level strategic cooperation is the first of its kind in the region for Jahez Group, as it will propel its operations to new heights. The core objective of this agreement is to provide a framework for enhancing cooperation between Export Bahrain and Jahez Group by routing Export Bahrain’s clients to be featured on Jahez Group’s digital platforms: Jahez, PIK, Blu, and Co-Kitchen platforms.

Under this critical partnership, Bahrain-based businesses will be offered exclusive deals that will cultivate their businesses and expand their product lines into the Saudi market. A landing page will be created for each of Jahez Group’s platforms to highlight Bahrain-based brands, for which Export Bahrain’s clients will be provided with special fixed rates for an exceptional period of 5 years. In addition, through Jahez Group’s distinct Co-Kitchen platform, restaurants in Bahrain will be able to rent commercial kitchen spaces in Saudi Arabia at below-market rates. Furthermore, recipe developers in Bahrain will employ their skills with products made in Bahrain in restaurants based in Saudi Arabia.

As a part of this agreement, Jahez will support businesses in Bahrain to market their products through their various channels to spur growth that benefits Bahrain-based businesses and stimulate better trade opportunities between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This MoU will reflect the expectations of both Export Bahrain and Jahez, as it will establish mutual goals that will lead to a plethora of success stories for all parties involved.
