Export Bahrain Marks the Conclusion of Export Week 2025 under the Theme “Expanding Horizons: Bahrain to the World”

Export Bahrain has successfully concluded the fourth edition of Export Week 2025, held throughout November under the theme “Expanding Horizons: Bahrain to the World,” marking Export Bahrain’s 7th anniversary. The initiative attracted over 250 business owners, investors, and representatives from both national and regional entities.

Throughout Export Week, 12 expert-led sessions were delivered by 30 industry specialists, covering a wide range of topics including access to key markets, export regulations and requirements, logistics, financing and export credit insurance solutions, risk management, and market intelligence, equipping Bahrain-based businesses with the insights needed to expand globally.

The sessions were delivered in collaboration with prominent government and private sector entities, including the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, the Ministry of Youth Affairs, the Ministry of Health, the United Nations Industrial Development Organization – Investment and Technology Promotion Office (UNIDO ITPO), Diwan Hub, and the University of Bahrain, as well as several influential private sector partners.

The program also included specialized seminars on the markets of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the Republic of Korea, in cooperation with the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA), the Jordan Enterprise Development Corporation (JEDCO), and the Saudi Food and Drug Authority.

Export Week featured a diverse range of workshops and interactive sessions, in addition to organizing bilateral business meetings (B2B), followed by a structured post-event follow-up to transform the content and guidance provided into practical steps that enable enterprises based in the Kingdom of Bahrain to strengthen their presence in regional and international markets.

On this occasion, Ms. Fatima Aziz Rostam, Executive Director of Operations at Export Bahrain, emphasized that Export Week was as a strategic, impact-driven platform that brings together high-level specialized content and focused collaboration with partners, preparing Bahrain-based businesses to take practical steps toward international expansion. She noted that the initiative reflects Export Bahrain’s confidence in its partnerships and reaffirms its commitment to supporting the sustainable growth of the Kingdom’s exports in global markets.

Ms. Rostam added that Export Bahrain remains committed to building on the momentum generated by Export Week, enabling businesses to translate their export ambitions and plans into tangible outcomes.

It is worth noting that Export Bahrain organizes Export Week annually to highlight key initiatives and efforts aimed at promoting an export culture and empowering Bahraini businesses to access global markets, contributing to sector development and enhancing the Kingdom of Bahrain’s position on the international stage.
